Video number 1.

In my opinion is important to note in this video the following recommendations:

1. Have excellent personal presentation, clothing and footwear.

2. Inquire about the company websites.

3. Going to friends who can provide references and company information more classified.

4. Attend the interview with a copy of the curriculum.

Video number 2.

1.- Smile: Try to make the person feel relaxed, use ice breakers, make theperson feel comfortable.

2.- Be prepared for key questions: Do not say I dont like the boss, insetad say that you want a place where you can be managed and developed, say what you expect from them.

3.- When being overqualified: say you are looking for a place to contribute with your knowledge and experience instead of being the boss.

4.- If they say you dont have enough experience, show situations where you were able to succeed, talk about the internships, since they are great for experience, get a recommendation letter from one of your teachers.
